Distance - If folks have to drive a great distance to get from the occassion to the reception, some will get distracted or decide to do something else. Try and keep the reception inside a fifteen to thirty minute drive of your rite. Have the Bride and Groom lead the parade, and folks will follow you to your reception. Time Time is similar to the distance issue. Try and start the reception within an hour or 2 of the event. Inspire relations to share stories about your childhoods. If you let them spread out, they are going to enjoy themselves more. Make sure your reception hall has masses of room for your visitors. The people hiring the location might tell you it holds two hundred folks, but that doesn't mean it'll hold 2 hundred folks nicely. Make efforts to visit the location before booking. All tables should be set-up including cake table, entertainment's table, sign-in table, food tables, and tables with chairs for all guests. You do not have to permit smoking, but it is something that you should think about, particularly if any one has any health issues like asthma or allergies that might be caused by smoke.
